Apprenticeships
It can be defined as ‘ACCEL’: Apprenticeships, Career Growth, and Change in Income, Employment and Learnability.
During any CSR implementation, it is also critical to create a conducive environment for all stakeholders such that right from mobilization, assessment, counseling, training, apprenticeship and placement are implemented and monitored effectively.
Identifying role models whose lives have changed, makes an impact in ways which cannot be always quantified.
We are glad we have a pool of officers who have excelled in personal and professional lives after learning such skills.
These Officers, are always eager to mentor our students. These create very powerful communication medium for all involved.
Apprenticeship combines education with training and enables the industry to first take a test drive, which eventually becomes their talent pipeline for entry level hires. Apprenticeships should be substantial in depth and duration in order to prepare the apprentices to work autonomously and competently in a specific occupation. A direct measure of success should be the number of trainees getting into full time employment or setting up their own business.

We are looking for assistance in following way:
1) Students with superior abilities contribute towards the growth and prosperity of the society with their excellent achievements in science, technology and humanities. It is the mission of Sankalp Foundation to ensure that no such talent goes waste, and to provide these bright sparks with enabling facilities in the form of financial assistance, monitoring, guidance and encouragement.
Sankalp Foundation is providing 30 students coaching classes aimed at the UPSC Civil Services exams in Mumbai. The classes are free of cost and the needy students who were selected for coaching are provided scholarship.
We are looking to increase the number and scope of this activity. Since private jobs are shrinking and a large number of students from rural background are flocking towards Mumbai and Pune.

We are prose to train for:
Labour migration from the informal to the formal sector is common in India. A vocational skills program undertaken by the job seeker should enable him to get into the formal sector at a higher role and better salary with statutory benefits. The ‘delta’ change in income and career is a direct measure of the difference a learning program can have. Other measures to be considered are Competencies and Job Satisfaction.

Employment:
Any skill acquired during a training program should have a direct linkage to the kind of employment it can generate. Unless the skill leads to a decent wage employment and has a wage premium, the skill program is of very little value. Needless to say, the employment should also have direct correlation to the skills learnt.

Learnability:
By definition, Learn ability is the ability to acquire knowledge or skill by studying, following instructions or by way of experience and that is exactly the measure we need to monitor once a beneficiary has completed his / her learning. The short term learning programs are only a starting point for most learners and during the time spent learning a skill, the learner should also be taught ways and means of continuous learning.
UPSC MPSC & Banking exams
200 students free UPSC Coaching and 200 students free MPSC Coaching in Cities of Mumbai, Pune and Yavatmal (District with highest number of Farmers suicides).
We are looking for sponsor’s for the Exam attempts of 2020 and 2021.
The tuition fees per student for 12 months programme is 95,000/- for UPSC and 40,000/- for MPSC.
The study material for UPSC & MPSC per student is worth Rs 15,000/-.
We are also going to give free coaching to 30 orphan students free coaching along with free residential and Food facility for 12 months in Yavatmal or Pune center. We request a fund of 1.5 crore towards this purpose.
Free banking course training
100 Students to be trained free in our centers. Tution fees per student is Rs.15,000/-
FREE IIT-JEE & NEET Coaching
On the lines of Super thirty programme, we are looking to sponsor 100 students free IIT-JEE & NEET Coaching. The tutionfees for this isrs. 1. 25 lakh for IIT JEE & 1.5 lakh per student for NEET.
Vocational training courses
TARGET GROUP:
Sankalp IAS Forum, our parent organization is a MOU Partner of Maharashtra State Skill Development Society, the nodal agency of State Government to implement Skills training.
It is also a Training Partner of National Skill Development Society (NSDC). Thus we bring courses certified by government of Maharashtra in followings sectors.
Poor Urban & rural and urban children, Orphan and needy children, backward children from all over Maharashtra are the assumed beneficiaries.
